InvoiceQuickly was built on a simple observation: creating an invoice should take seconds, not minutes. Freelancers, consultants, and small business owners spend hours every month formatting documents, looking up tax rates, and chasing payments β€” time that should go toward the work they actually love.

We started in 2024 after watching a friend β€” a freelance photographer β€” spend Sunday evenings rebuilding invoice PDFs from a Word template, manually looking up VAT rates for EU clients, and emailing reminders to late payers. Every piece of that workflow already existed as a software problem. It just hadn't been solved end-to-end for people who don't run an accounting department. So we built it.
