The loop

What happens after you type

Three moves. The middle one is yours: nothing saves or sends on its own.

  1. 1

    Describe the work

Type the client, work, amount, and due date in ordinary language. Use voice instead only when it is genuinely useful.

Invoice Ada Osei Photography $600 for a second-shooter day, due in 14 days.

  2. 2

    Review the draft

Check the client, dates, line items, totals, tax, and terms. Everything remains editable before you save or send.

  3. 3

    Send and track

Download a clean PDF or email it on Pro. Track payment, record partial amounts, and schedule reminders from the same invoice.

Sent Sep 3 · Payment recorded Sep 9

The argument

Faster than a blank form. Safer than full auto.

Most invoice makers start with a wall of fields. Full automation can move before you are ready. InvoiceQuickly gives you a useful draft and leaves the decision with you.

A blank invoice form

Client nameClient addressInvoice numberIssue dateDue dateLine itemsQuantitiesRatesTaxNotesTerms

Eleven fields, every time — retyped from memory, notes, and last month's invoice.

InvoiceQuickly

One sentence, then a review — edit the draft, confirm the details, and send only when it is right.

Before you ask

Do I have to use voice?

No. Typing is the default. The mic is optional, and audio is discarded after transcription.

Can it send an invoice without me?

Not a one-off invoice. You review the draft before it is saved or sent. A recurring schedule can auto-send only when you explicitly enable it.

What if the draft gets something wrong?

Every value is editable. Missing details are called out so you can correct them before the invoice is saved.

Who handles the money?

Your client pays on a Stripe or PayPal page connected to your account. InvoiceQuickly does not handle card details or hold funds; it records the verified result.

Does it connect to QuickBooks or Xero?

No. Those integrations are not offered. Pro includes CSV export for the hand-off to your bookkeeping system.

Your next invoice is one sentence away.
