Is the free plan really free?
Yes. There is no time limit and no card is required. It includes three AI drafts, five invoices, five clients, PDF downloads, and payment tracking.
What counts as an AI draft?
One typed prompt or voice description turned into an invoice draft. Editing that draft does not use another generation.
What happens after my 3 free drafts?
Your account and saved work remain available. Upgrade to Pro when you want unlimited AI drafts and invoices.
Does InvoiceQuickly add payment fees?
No per-invoice fee is added by InvoiceQuickly. Stripe or PayPal may charge their standard processing fees when a client pays through them.
Does it connect to QuickBooks or Xero?
No. Those accounting integrations are not offered. Pro includes CSV export for moving data into your bookkeeping workflow.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings and keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your invoices and clients remain in your account.
