Is the free plan really free?
Yes. There is no time limit and no card is required. It includes three AI drafts, five invoices, five clients, PDF downloads, and payment tracking.
What counts as an AI draft?
One typed prompt or voice description turned into an invoice draft. Editing that draft does not use another generation.
What happens after my 3 free drafts?
Your account and saved work remain available. Upgrade to Pro when you want unlimited AI drafts and invoices.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro covers invoicing, estimates, online payments, expenses, projects, time tracking and reports for up to 5 people. Business adds QuickBooks Online and Xero exports, time imports from Clockify, Toggl Track, Harvest and ClickUp, 200 premium AI operations a month and up to 10 people.
What counts as a premium AI operation?
Reading one receipt photo or pasted receipt text into a draft expense, or writing one insight draft for a report. Business includes 200 a month, and the count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). An operation that fails is not counted. AI invoice drafts are separate and stay unlimited on Pro and Business.
Does InvoiceQuickly add payment fees?
No per-invoice fee is added by InvoiceQuickly. Stripe or PayPal may charge their standard processing fees when a client pays through them.
Does it connect to QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes, on Business. An owner or admin connects your QuickBooks Online company or Xero organisation and chooses the accounts, items and tax rates to use. You then review and export the invoices you select, each with its client. The export never sends invoices, emails clients, charges anyone or copies payments, and nothing comes back from your accounting software. Pro includes CSV export instead.
Which tools can Business import work from?
Clockify, Toggl Track, Harvest and ClickUp. An owner or admin connects each tool with your own API token, previews work for a date range of up to 92 days and imports only the entries you select, without duplicates. Nothing is changed in the other tool, and imported time is billed only when you add it to a draft invoice you review.
Is there an API or a Zapier app?
Yes, on paid plans. Owners and admins create API keys on the Developers page, each limited to the scopes you choose for clients, invoices and payments, with 60 requests a minute. Keys expire after 90 days by default, or up to 365. There are no outbound webhooks, so tools check for new records. A Zapier app that uses these keys is available by private invite; its actions create clients and draft invoices but never send, email or charge.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pro is $90 a year and Business is $190 a year, the price of 10 months. After you sign up, choose Monthly or Annual on the billing page before checkout. An annual plan renews each year until you cancel, and refunds for annual plans are handled case by case under our terms.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings and keep your plan's access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your invoices and clients remain in your account.
