By accessing or using InvoiceQuickly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceQuickly provides an AI-powered invoice generation platform, accounts payable automation tools, and related business utilities. The Service includes free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraudulent invoicing or illegal activities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation system.
- Exceed rate limits or use automated tools to overload the Service.
- Upload malicious files or content through the Autopilot system.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all invoice data, client information, and documents you create using InvoiceQuickly. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for annual plans.
7. Limitation of Liability
InvoiceQuickly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated invoice content, tax calculations, or compliance determinations. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all invoices before sending them.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
