How it works
From one sentence to a finished invoice.
Four steps, exactly as they work in the product. The second one — your review — is the point.
Describe the work
Type it the way you would explain it to a client: who it is for, what you did, what it costs, and when it is due. Existing client names can be matched from your workspace.
Hands full? Use the mic instead. Audio is transcribed and discarded; typing always remains available.
New invoice
Invoice Ada Osei Photography $600 for a second-shooter day at the Hartley wedding, due in 14 days.
Or start from a blank invoice
Create draftReview every important detail
The generated draft opens ready to edit. Check the client, work, price, dates, tax, and terms. The review summary calls out details that still need attention before you save.
A draft is a head start, not a decision. Change any value or replace the whole result.

What InvoiceQuickly deliberately does not do
It does not touch the money. Cards are processed by Stripe or PayPal, and funds land in your account.
It does not sync with accounting software. QuickBooks and Xero are not offered. CSV export is the hand-off.
It does not send one-off invoices without you. Every one-off draft waits for you to save or send it.
