The AI infers the client country from the invoice context and applies the correct tax framework: US sales tax (state-level), EU VAT with reverse charge for B2B, UK VAT, Canadian GST/HST, Australian GST. You can override the rate or framework directly in the description (e.g., 'Charge 21% VAT').

Does this replace QuickBooks or Xero?

No. InvoiceQuickly creates and sends invoices; QuickBooks and Xero are full accounting ledgers. Most users keep their accounting system and use InvoiceQuickly for the speed of invoice creation, then sync the finished invoice to QuickBooks or Xero via our integration.

What happens to my data?

Invoices and client data are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We don't sell data, don't use invoice content to train public models, and offer a Data Processing Agreement on request for GDPR-covered businesses.
